Swapna is proficient in developing useful modules; she can study the company's needs deeply and analyse the present competency levels; she is experienced in developing result-oriented innovative methods and can impart effective training to the employees for excellent performance.

Since 2003, she has been the business partner of Oasis Foundation with ‘Acharyaji’ Dr Sanjaya Kumar an Internationally Licensed master of NLP and Hypnosis. Together, they help clients achieve profound changes from the subconscious level, promoting growth both inside and out.

She has been in the training field since 2015. As of January 2025, She has trained and enhanced the lives of more than 20,000 participants

Hobbies & Interests:

She has been an ardent Advance Yoga Practitioner since 2019 and has completed 200 hrs USA Alliance International affiliated Traditional Yoga Teacher Training Course from Gyanish International Yoga Training Academy. 

She loves Travelling and is very fond of Gardening. She firmly believes that a garden and a well-gardened mind must be weed-free.
